I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate through life with a new perspective and new tools to achieve peace, resilience, hope, and fulfilling relationships. Throughout the years I became skilled at helping individuals to understand the triggers to their feelings of discomfort and develop skills to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and grow in understanding of trauma responses. I have also helped families and couples come together and grow in understanding, communication, and conflict resolution.

My approach is to create a therapeutic relationship to understand your needs, values, and desired outcomes. I assist clients in gaining insight and awareness and learning to confront and overcome adversities, to improve mood, to manage emotions & behaviors, and to improve communication and connection in relationship through evidence-based practices. Since practice makes proficient, I provide weekly activities to implement the skills learned in therapy, so they become natural and habitual.
